How the Radar counts
Counts come from accounts Minarva watches (owners confirming a ban or restriction, or a health check moving into a checkpoint or restriction) and from people using the free kit, by country, platform and reason. A group is spiking when its last 24 hours are at least twice its usual day over the 28 days before. Only counts are kept, and only groups of 10 or more are ever shown, so nothing here can point to a person or an account. Only Meta can restore an account, and we can’t guarantee it will. Minarva is independent and not affiliated with Meta.
